The Apple Watch is a popular smartwatch that comes with different bands. Some of these bracelets, like the link bracelet, can be shortened using a tool or lengthened with additional links. But there are also bracelets that don't require any tools; you can usually find this information in the description. In this guide, we'll show you how to remove the links on your Apple Watch band to perfectly fit your wrist.

Required tools:
- Apple Watch Link Removal Tool
- A soft cloth or pad
Step-by-step instructions:
Step 1: Preparation Make sure you have enough space to work and have a soft surface or cloth ready to avoid scratches on the watch or bracelet.
Step 2: Determine the right number of links Place the bracelet around your wrist and pay attention to how loose or tight it is. Assess how many links need to be removed or added to achieve a comfortable fit. It is important not to remove too many links at once to avoid making the bracelet too short.
Step 3: Unfold the bracelet. Turn the bracelet over so that the inside is facing up. Look for the small arrow on the inside of the bracelet that indicates which direction the link can be removed.
Step 4: Using the Link Removal Tool Take the link removal tool and insert a tip into the small hole located at the junction of the link you want to remove. Gently twist the tool to push out the pin that holds the link in place. Repeat this process for the limb you want to remove.
Step 5: Remove links With the pin removed, you can remove the link from the neighboring links. Repeat steps 3 and 4 to remove additional links if necessary. Be sure to store the links safely in case you want to add them again later.
Step 6: Put the bracelet back together After you have removed the desired number of links, you can put the bracelet back together. Insert the remaining links into their corresponding holes and press them together firmly until they snap into place.
Step 7: Try on Place the Apple Watch with the adjusted band around your wrist and check the fit. If the bracelet is still too loose or too tight, repeat the steps to make further adjustments.
These instructions may differ from competitor bracelets. We also give no guarantee that the links can be removed in exactly the same way and do not assume any warranty if the links become damaged or even break off.
Through the intensive collaboration with the manufacturers on our bracelets, we can exclude this type by using high-quality selected materials before production.
You can find our link bracelets on the Apple Watch Stainless Steel and Metal Band page - for other Apple Watch bands, you are well advised on our overview page.
